At the letters mdn, we’re committed to getting your Maryland-inspired paper goods and home goods to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Processing Times
Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location. All orders are shipped via USPS (First-Class or Priority Mail), with estimated delivery times of:

• First-Class Mail: 3–5 business days

• Priority Mail: 1–3 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, postal delays, or peak seasons.

Local Pickup
We do not currently offer local pickup, but we occasionally appear at local markets and events—follow us on Instagram to find out where we’ll be next!

Tracking Your Order
Once your package ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Delayed Packages
the letters mdn is not responsible for lost or delayed packages once they have been handed off to the shipping carrier. If your tracking shows no movement or your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days, please contact us—we’ll do our best to assist.
