Returns & Refunds
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

To request a replacement or refund for a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at meghan@thelettersmdn.com with the following:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and packaging

If eligible, we’ll offer a refund to your original payment method or send a replacement item at no extra cost.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

• Custom or personalized orders
• Items marked as final sale
• Minor variations in color or design due to the handmade process

Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please reach out within 12 hours of placing it. After that window, we cannot guarantee cancellation as we may have already begun processing your order.
